Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Hookline, a tool that writes text prompts and lyrics for use with Suno and similar music generators. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Hookline generates text: style prompts, exclude lists, titles and lyrics. It does not generate audio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Suno, Inc. Results are produced by AI and may be imperfect; how Suno responds to a prompt is outside our control.

Your account

You need an account to use Hookline. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One free trial per person.

Credits, plans and billing

• Each generation or refinement uses credits: Standard prompts cost fewer credits than Premium prompts, as shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Plan credits refill every month and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits are one-time purchases and expire at your next monthly refill if you have a plan.
• You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Refunds

If something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right, including a refund when credits from that charge are largely unused. Credits for a failed generation are returned automatically.

Your content

You own the ideas and lyrics you put in and the text Hookline gives you back, to the extent the law allows. Using them in Suno is subject to Suno's own terms. Don't use Hookline to reproduce copyrighted lyrics, to harass real people, or for anything unlawful.

Fair use

Don't abuse, overload, scrape or resell the service, or create multiple accounts to get free credits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Hookline is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
